  1. Your content. You keep ownership of what you create or import. Only upload material you have the right to use. Don't upload your instructors' slides, textbook pages, or exam questions unless you're allowed to.
  2. AI output. AI features can be wrong. Check answers against your course materials. Don't use the service for cheating or to violate your school's academic integrity rules.
  3. Acceptable use. No abuse, scraping, attempts to bypass limits or security, or generating unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
  4. Subscriptions. Pro renews monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancel any time from Manage billing (web) or iOS Settings → Subscriptions (App Store purchases); access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds per [policy] or Apple's policy for App Store purchases.
  5. Availability. The offline app keeps working without our servers; AI features depend on third-party providers and may change. Provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent allowed by law.
